Think Tank was established in November 2005 in Springfield, OH by three professions who sought to offer training and consulting for health and human service organizations.  The social service network in Clark County, OH was programmatically strong; however, the agency operational infrastructure lacked long-term sustainability.  The vision was to realize a coordinated service delivery system that possessed the capacity to best serve vulnerable citizens in our community.  Since our inception, the evolution of this vision included moving beyond organizational to community capacity building by inspiring and equipping our region to end poverty through higher impact solutions including the Circles model, Promise Neighborhood and Reentry Connect.
